The Trump administration is considering new national security tariffs on a half-dozen industries, after the Supreme Court last week invalidated many of the president’s second-term levies. That ruling has prompted companies like FedEx, Revlon and Costco to file suit. Plus, President Trump is expected to tout theU.S. economy in his State of the Union later.
