Joel Rifkin

Failed landscaper and all around malfunctioning human Joel Rifkin is currently serving a 203 year prison sentence for the murder and dismemberment of 17 women in Long Island and New York State between 1989 and 1993. Unfortunately, he is one of those, "Must be a monster living inside of me" type of turds. Joel, you're a real bummer.
