The friends that you have today, may not be the friends that you have tomorrow. As you evolve and change, the people around you evolve and change too – and sometimes they don’t grow in the same directions that you’re growing. It can be tough making new friends as an adult, but you set the standards for your life…even within your friendships. We all have experienced jealousy, competition, and “weird energy” within our friend groups, that show us maybe the friends we have aren’t so great. But while you’re out looking for those great friends, that support you, add value to your life, and genuinely love you – remember great friendships…start with you.
